How soon will the service start?

Once a payment has been made to the office your bins will be delivered within 9 working days and your service will begin on the first collection day after delivery.

How will I know which bin will be collected?

You will receive a colour coded calendar on the day of the delivery. Blue week is for Recycle Bin and Black week is for your waste bin.  Always ensure that the bin is placed out on the night before the collection day to ensure collection.

How frequent are the collections?

Waste and Recycling are collected alternate weeks and your Glass is collected once every 12 weeks which we text you to let you know when we are in your area
